Who it is for
The service is designed for freelancers, sole traders, consultants, agencies and small businesses that want a clean invoice workflow. The generator supports multiple currencies, line-level tax calculations, deposits, payment terms, bank details and reusable account information.
Guest mode and account mode
You can use the public generator without an account. Guest invoice information stays in the page while you work. A free account adds persistent storage for invoices and reusable business information so repeat billing is faster.
Why we publish invoice guides
An invoice generator can calculate and format information, but it cannot decide the legal or tax treatment of every transaction. Our Invoice Guides explain the practical thinking behind invoice numbers, VAT fields, payment terms, overdue invoices and business structures, with links to official sources where rules matter.
Privacy and support

Free does not mean careless
InvoiceLix is free to use. The goal is to keep the core invoice workflow useful while supporting the service responsibly. If advertising is enabled in the future, it will be kept separate from private account workflows and sensitive invoice-editing screens.
