Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026 · InvoiceLix

These Terms govern your use of InvoiceLix. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

1. The service

InvoiceLix provides tools for creating, storing and exporting invoice information. Features may change as the service is improved. We may maintain, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.

2. Your responsibility for invoice content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax treatment of information placed on invoices. InvoiceLix does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice and does not determine whether a transaction should include VAT or other taxes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Provide accurate registration information and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User content

You retain responsibility for business, customer, invoice and uploaded content you submit. You give InvoiceLix permission to process and store that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use InvoiceLix to create deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive documents; attempt unauthorised access; upload malicious code; interfere with other users; scrape the service at a harmful rate; or use the platform to impersonate another person or business.

6. Availability and backups

We aim to keep InvoiceLix available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of important business records and exported invoices. Online tools should not be your only copy of records you are legally required to retain.

7. Third-party services

The site may rely on hosting, fonts, analytics, advertising or other third-party infrastructure. Their availability and terms are outside our direct control. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are subject to the consent choices described in our Cookie Policy.

8. General information

Guides and help content are provided for general information. Regulations and tax rules can change and may vary by location or transaction. Check authoritative sources or professional advice where needed.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceLix is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every accounting, tax, compliance or record-keeping requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revision date above will be updated when changes are made.
